Rich Dejoode

Rich DeJoode retired from the Des Moines Police Department in 2019 after 39 years of service.  During his career with the DMPD he was assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division for eight years.  After his stint in the patrol division his assignments consisted of the Narcotics Control Section, Intelligence Unit and Investigation Division.

Rich was a member of the DMPD Peer Support Team and has been with the Peer Support Foundation since its inception in 2017.
