Sheila Russell is an independently licensed social worker (LISW) and a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC). She is the owner of Front Line Therapy, LLC, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  She specializes in working with first responders, military personnel, substance abuse and gambling disorders, post traumatic stress, and domestic violence.  Sheila holds 9 years of clinical experience and also works as an adjunct professor at Grand View University.  She is particularly passionate about serving emergency responders and has dedicated her practice to this population.
